MegaEnergy sells e-bike motors, batteries and parts — where the hardest part of shopping isn't finding a product, it's knowing which motor actually fits a customer's bike and needs. I built the store from the ground up on WordPress and WooCommerce, centered on a custom homepage configurator that lets customers compare motor options and see live pricing and stock as they choose, rather than digging through a static catalog.

What was built
  • A fully dynamic multi-motor configurator with live price and stock updates, built to handle race conditions and variable motor data.
  • A custom site header with an editable contact panel and mobile menu.
  • Product filtering across motors and batteries, tuned for how customers actually compare specs.
  • A full catalog migration from the store's old platform, including 45 battery products with complete attributes and images.
  • A 285-rule URL redirect map to preserve search rankings through the platform switch.
  • Extensive mobile optimization and checkout/cart debugging for a smooth end-to-end purchase flow.
