Residential Building — a home you can walk through before it's built.
Exterior and interior visualization for a full residential project — terraces, facades and living spaces rendered for a developer's marketing package.
The main task was to create a layout of a residential building and a terrace, as well as to make a 3d visualization of this project to help the developer sell the project at a higher price, which successfully happened. Since the area of the house and the territory was very small, the main challenge was to create a multifunctional space and visually enlarge it.
What was done for this
- Light colors were used in the interior and exterior to visually enlarge the space.
- A kitchen-living room was created for the most normal use of space.
- In the kitchen-living room, a sofa was placed, which was created for specific room sizes, the sofa is modular and, if desired, turns into an additional bed for guests.
- On the second floor, 2 large mirrors were installed in the bedroom, one of which is double-sided, the second side of the mirror performs a decorative function, and also visually increases the space of the room.
- A large terrace was created on the first and second floors to increase the recreation area in the territory, which was also quite small.
